Sea vegetables are pretty much unknown to the American palate. Seaweed is an everyday miracle. The benefits of incorporating seaweed into your daily diet are extensive: increased longevity, enhanced immune functioning, relief from minor aches and pains, less digestive stress, and revitalization of the cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, and nervous systems. If you are not convinced yet, consider that seaweed gives us glossier hair and more luminous skin as well.

Sea vegetables have a rich and diverse nutritional profile. They are higher in vitamins and minerals than any other food because they are grown in sea water where minerals are constantly renewed. Sea vegetables provide vitamins A, B, C, and E as well as calcium, iron, and zinc.
