Learn to make your favorite guilty-pleasure foods without compromising your health. We will recreate these great-tasting meals without processed chemical additives, refined flours or sugars, or trans-fats. Enjoy all the pleasure without any of the guilt.

For this session, you will need:

  • 1 medium/large sauce pan
  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 salad bowl
  • 1 gallon filtered/spring water
