It is a cumulative process; the more whole, natural foods you eat, the more energized you will feel. Your body is always striving to be in a state of health. A steady supply of life-nourishing food will give you the opportunity to experience your optimal health. So that you can learn to cook holistically, I will come to your home and teach you how to prepare life-nourishing meals in the privacy and comfort of your own kitchen.

Classes can be selected from twelve different categories. You may choose one or more than one class within a category. Each class will be tailored to suit your individual needs and tastes. Classes range between 1 and 2 hours. Once you select a class, please contact me so together we can decide how to tailor the session to serve you best.
