Through my journey and exploration of meeting my own health challenges, I am certain that there is a powerful relationship between food choices and disease prevention. Within my private practice, I counsel clients about the benefits of traditional health-giving foods through a holistic approach. Additionally, l teach private and public cooking classes that focus on learning to prepare foods that promote a healthy and illness-preventative lifestyle. My classes also demonstrate that preparing whole, natural foods can be fun, simple, and delicious.
After years of providing private, holistic health counseling, I have learned that once people are provided with fundamental information, they have difficulty implementing the necessary changes in their own homes. To teach others how to utilize this wonderful knowledge in their own kitchens, I have taken my practice to another level and created a menu that will guide clients in maximizing the benefits of cooking holistically.
